The closing miles of the path follow quiet lanes and field paths with the finale a passage along inland cliffs. This looks down to the golf courses and roof tops of the coastal strip and beyond to long sandy beaches and the Irish Sea.
The Clwydian Range, although lessening in height, continues towards Rhuallt, and the view to the outlines of Snowdonia appears at intervals. A narrowing gap to the once-distant sea heralds the end of this musical pilgrimage. |
